Poem
Remember Restraint:
I know I may be hungry & can't help but want to cheat
To ruin all my progress now would hurt in its defeat
If I can eat now with restraint, Maybee excersice and burn
To be skinny like I dream of, I will have to abstain the yearn
This should be easier for me, I don't know why I try
To keep my self depressed like this cause skinny girls don't cry
I want see this goal thru, I've just got to lose this weight
I will restrain my burning desires to eat the food my body hates
Only a few thoughts can win thru my feeling of hunger's delusion
These desires will go away once my diet is a better aversion
So think this thru before ordering food; count the calories in each meal
It wont take too long before I get to celebrate the brand new way i'll feel.
